Article 1 – Booking an accommodation
We accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights for the rentals Sole, Mare, Dracena and Kamerops.
The total amount of your booking is paid on the website https://campovecchio.fr at the moment of your reservation, by Stripe (credit card) or Paypal, two fully verified payment systems and completely safe.
An email will be sent to you 24 hours after your booking to deposit your caution online (in a completely secured way by our partner Swikly), rateless and without impact on your balance, simply taking your credit card imprint. It is not a payment, you will not be charged the amount requested and the imprint of your credit card will be deleted the day after your departure. (cf. Article 2 – Deposit)
For security reasons, an official ID of the person doing the booking will be requested.
The reservation that will be effectuated is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another person. Please print a copy for the record. We retain the right to refuse the booking, in this case, you will be informed by email. Your booking won’t be definitive until you have received an email that confirms it alongside the total of your reservation.
Don’t forget to contact an insurance for your belongings, Campo Vecchio declines any responsibility in case of robbery.
No reduction will be granted in case of delay or early leave. In case of delay, the booking will be kept for 24 hours: after said hours and without news from your side, the booking will be canceled and Campo Vecchio will keep the paid amount. Any stay that is interrupted or shortened by your side, no matter the reasons, won’t make you eligible for a refund.
Minors need to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Our pricing includes the maximum number of people indicated for the type of rental. For safety & insurance reasons, it is forbidden to surpass the maximal number of guests intended for every rental. A baby counts as a guest.
The advantages and the promotions proposed by Campo Vecchio are conditional (mentioned on the offer) and not retroactive.
Article 2 – Deposit
The deposit amounts to 300 € by credit card imprint. The credit card imprint will expire the day after your departure.
Every object that is missing, broken or damaged will be charged. The loss of the rental’s keys will be charged 130 €. The loss of the rental’s double keys will be charged 50 €.
We ask you to leave your accommodation in a proper state.
The dishwasher, the refrigerator and the trash must be empty, the work-plan tidy, without dishes washed or to be washed. Otherwise, a supplementary cleaning service fee of 20 € will be charged.
Article 3 – Cancellation of a booking
The cancellation request must be sent via email to [email protected].
- More than 30 days before the stay: full refund excluding application fees that amount to 50 €
- Between the 30th and 15th day before your stay: 35% of the reservation will be refunded excluding application fees that amount to 50 €
- Less than 15 days before your stay or no-show: no refund
Article 4 – Cancellation for pandemic reasons
In case of total shutdown or partial closure of the property during your booked dates (related to fully or partial measures of prohibition on reception of the public, in case the client is directly concerned by the application of this measure) decided by the government, and that is not accountable to Campo Vecchio, the amounts already paid by the client regarding the booking will be fully refunded excluding application fees that amount to 50 €. Campo Vecchio won’t be responsible for a refund that exceeds the already refunded amount regarding the booking of the stay.
Cancellation, in the hypothesis where the client will be forced to revoke the entire reservation for governmental reasons that forbid traveling (global or local lockdown, closed borders, travel ban), while Campo Vecchio hasn’t any restriction that stops the property from accomodating guests, Campo Vecchio will fully refund the amounts already paid by the client regarding the booking excluding application fees that amount to 50 €.
Article 5 – Change of dates or accommodation
On request, you can ask for the modification of your stay (dates and/or accommodation), to the extent of availability and the possibilities of reception. You can’t postpone your booking to the next year. In case the amount of your changed reservation is higher, you will be required to pay the difference between the two bookings.
Careful, in case of modification of your stay, you won’t be able to benefit from ulterior offers than the ones used for the initial reservation: the date of your first booking remains the authentic one.
In case Campo Vecchio won’t be able to access your modification request, the initial stay will be mantained, unless you cancel it.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the article L 221 – 28 12° of the french Consumer Code, Campo Vecchio informs you that the sale of accommodation services provided in a determined date, or in a determined period, is not subjected to the provisions regarding the 14-day withdrawal period.
Article 7 – Image reproduction rights
You give us permission to, as well as to any person chosen by Campo Vecchio, to take photographs of you, to record you or to film you during your stay with Campo Vecchio and to use the resulting images, sounds, videos and recordings using any media (especially on Campo Vecchio websites, pages on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
This authorisation is valid for you and for all the people that are staying with you. Its only goal is to guarantee the promotion and animation of the property and won’t be, in any way, a threat to your reputation. This permission is provided free of charge for all countries and for a period of 5 years.
Article 8 – Data-Processing and Liberties
The information you provide us with at the time of your booking will not be transmitted to any third party. Campo Vecchio shall treat this information as confidential. It shall be used only by the Campo Vecchio internal services for processing your booking and to reinforce and personalize communication and the services offered to Campo Vecchio customers concerning your centers of interest.
In accordance with the data processing and liberties law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, amend and change personal data relating to you. Article 9 – Internal rules
With booking, you automatically agree to the safety regulations and rules of Campo Vecchio.
